What You Should Know?
The Impetus Construction Facilitation Programme is not a loan for we are not a Banking Institution nor a Money Lender. Instead, what we do is build your home, designed by us, and give you the opportunity to decide how you'd like to pay for its construction.
With a fixed annual interest of 4.25% of overall cost paired with payment terms from 10 - 15 years, our CFP will potentially save you millions in payments and at least a whole decade of your life compared to the traditional mortgage.
Be at peace knowing that your payments will NEVER suddenly increase at no time throughout the duration of your chosen programme.

Complete CFP application form online

Schedule an appointment for an in-person or online interview

Provide all relevant and required documents

Get pre-approved

Tips for a successful application:

Prepare an income statement which will include your new expenditure should you be approved

Apply as a couple since married persons seem to be more financially responsible

Have family members sign on to share payments which may help their future eligibility
